Recenty according to our production from Wecico Production line, we update the principles in construction of hollow sheet:
Before installation, remove masking film along sheet edges. Stay stressing strip directly on sheets until the installation is completed. Then you can tear off protective films completely. Please make sure sheets have been installed properly before removing or cutting away masking films. Otherwise it lefts scratches along which sheet will easily gets cracked. When using screws, hole diameter should be 0.5 times larger to prevent from deformation due to shrinkage or deformation.
