Pay Special Attention to Following to Install PC Solid Sheets (Polycarbonate Sheets)
1. Do not use PVC cushion or asphalt pad to prevent from water. Neither recycled rubber nor materials has smells are prohibited. Do use neutral sealant for sealing, and never go to acidic gel.
2. During installation, please fix them from middle to ends. Correct way is to start construction from one of the ends and go along with it. Otherwise it will cause the middle overstressed, and make it deformed or cracked
3. Metal frames should be absolutely flat to install sheets. It's better to have a butyl waterproof cushion to support.
4. Don't have it contacted with any of untried cement surfaces, acids, or alkaline substances
5. Don't use sheet together with benzene, gasoline, carbon tetrachloride, thinner, turpentine and organic solvents or any glue and paintings that may contain above materials.
